UNLOADING PROCEDURES:
We will have a two phase unloading process.
- Unloading will begin at 7:15AM. Team busses will initially stop in front of the western (main) entrance to the Alario Center. At that point, only the three team members and the tools necessary to uncrate their robots will depart the bus.
- After the three members are off, you will be directed to proceed to an available location in the western parking lot and unload the remainder of your teammates and equipment.
- After you have completely unloaded, proceed to parking.
AFTER UNLOADING, TEAM MEMBERS AND THEIR REMAINING EQUIPMENT SHOULD PROCEED INSIDE THE ALARIO CENTER, AND GATHER NEAR THE PITS
TEAM REPRESENTATIVE CHECK IN PROCESS:
- Team Check-In begins on Thursday, March 4th at 7:45AM
- The three team members tasked with uncrating their robot will proceed to a check-in tables located at the left inside the North entrance and managed by volunteer staff.
- Only 3 members from each team may enter the Pit area at this time to open their crate.
- The Bayou Regional requires that One of the three members to be an adult member.
- The only tools permitted in the pit at this time are tools to open the crate.
7:45 AM
- Doors to the pit area open for 3 representatives per team to check robot case weight and to unpack robot and place case in aisle for Shepard Exposition Services pickup. Any weight discrepancy must be brought to the attention of SES personnel and the case will be reweighed at this time. The discrepancy MUST be brought to SES’s attention BEFORE 8:30 AM.
- The team representatives will not be allowed to leave the pit area until after 8:30 a.m. If they do leave, they will not be allowed back in until 8:30.

- Doors to the Area and Pit Area open to balance of team members and public
- Pit area open
- All teams proceed to Pit Admin to register and receive their information packet per the following schedule:
